About the Company
Splint Invest was founded by Aurelio Perucca and Mario von Bergen, who started the company because they had the problem themselves: their own portfolios were mostly in stocks, they weren't particularly bullish on crypto, and there was no real way to diversify into the things they actually cared about — art, watches, cars, collectibles — without either huge capital or huge hassle. They started with nothing but an idea and the passion to solve a problem they had themselves.
The company was founded on 09.04.2021, bootstrapped that year, then completed its Pre-Seed round in 2022 — at that point there was barely anything to show: a small prototype and about 200 users, and shares sold at CHF 0.40. A Seed and first Community Round followed in 2023 at CHF 0.90 as product-market fit took hold, and a Series A / second Community Round in 2024 raised CHF 6.9M at CHF 1.60 per share to fund scaling.
Today, Splint Invest is a real, growing company: 45,000+ active users across Europe, a collection worth over CHF 60 million, 1,000+ assets launched, 80+ successful exits completed, and — most importantly — over CHF 5 million already returned to investors at an average net realised return of 22%. Operational net income turned positive in 2024 and has grown every year since. This is what makes the founders proudest: not a number on a slide, but that this has already worked for real people, with real money, at a real return.

Company at a Glance
-
Proven track record, not an idea — 80+ completed exits at a 22% average net realised return, with over CHF 5 million already distributed to investors. On average exits have come after a holding period of 17 months.
-
Accelerating growth — GMV on the primary market has grown ~3x and Revenue ~6.7x from 2023 to 2026. (GMV — Gross Merchandise Value, the total value of assets invested in/traded on the platform): from CHF 7.2 million to CHF 21.7 million in GMV on the primary market, and from CHF 0.41 million to CHF 2.77 million in Revenue.

A focused, four-team company — 16 people across 4 teams, each led by one of the founders/leaders.
Benefits for Co-Owners and Investors
Splint Invest is aimed at investors who want to invest not in an idea, but in an already-operating company with a clear, proven growth trajectory. This third community round offers the opportunity to invest in a company that has already validated its product, its users, and its financial model — before the next chapter of growth.
A key argument for investing in Splint Invest is significantly reduced early-stage uncertainty. The company already has 45,000+ users, is generating recurring revenue, has turned operationally profitable, and has a four-year track record of steadily rising share prices across three community rounds — each one explained through the same transparent methodology, not simply asserted.
Investors also benefit from Splint Invest's growth drivers already coming online: the CASP licence (which moves the company from passively reacting to EU regulation toward actively operating across the EU, including assets above €100k in Germany), Splint Strategies (a passive-investing feature aimed at a mainstream “early majority” audience roughly 5x today's addressable base), and a growing flywheel of realised exits feeding reinvestment back into the platform.

Our Vision - Why invest in Splint Invest?
Splint Invest was founded on a simple frustration: there was no real way to invest in the physical things people actually care about — art, watches, cars, collectibles — without either enormous capital or enormous hassle. Splint Invest solves this by making fractional ownership of curated real assets accessible from CHF 50, and by building the operational and regulatory infrastructure (curation, custody, a functioning secondary market, and soon a CASP licence) to do this at scale across Europe.
Investing in Splint Invest today means joining a company whose product, user base, and financial model have already been validated — GMV and revenue both growing multiples faster than the company's cost base, and profitability already achieved on an operational basis. The steadily rising share price across three rounds, and the transparency behind how each price was derived, reflect real substance rather than a story.

Management sees three possible paths ahead, and is deliberately not picking a favorite to sell: (1) continued growth into a profitable, dividend-paying business; (2) growth toward a trade sale to a larger strategic player — neo-banks, auction houses, or private equity firms active in alternative assets; or (3) stabilizing the business toward a stock-exchange listing. All three are seen as delivering value to today's investors. Every one of these paths, and every 2027+ figure referenced anywhere in this campaign, is management's plan and estimate — not a guarantee. Growth and profitability have both come in — part of why management is comfortable keeping every path open rather than being pushed toward any single one on a fixed timeline.
FAQ
What exactly does Splint Invest do?
Splint Invest is a Swiss platform that lets people invest fractionally in curated real-world assets — art, watches, trading cards, precious metals, and more — starting from CHF 50, with a functioning secondary market for reselling positions.
How does Splint Invest make money?
Splint Invest charges a fee on GMV on the primary market, i.e. when assets are first distributed to investors. No fee is charged on GMV on the secondary market, i.e. peer-to-peer trades between users.
What is the CASP licence, and why does a real-asset platform need it?
CASP stands for Crypto-Asset Service Provider — a licence under the EU's MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) Regulation. Splint Invest needs one because, even though the underlying assets are physical (art, watches, cars, and more), ownership on the platform is issued and transferred as a blockchain-based token: this tokenisation is what makes fractional ownership from CHF 50 and instant secondary-market trading possible, but it also makes the ownership instrument itself a crypto-asset under EU law. Today Splint Invest operates passively/reactively across the EU; the CASP licence lets it operate actively and EU-wide, including offering assets above €100k in Germany.
Who is selling in this round?
The sellers are existing shareholders and participation-certificate holders across Splint Invest's cap table, each capped at up to 10% of their individual holding — a broad, capped liquidity opportunity across the existing investor base, not a concentrated sale by any single group. It reflects the same growth story described above: with the price up from CHF 0.40 to CHF 2.30 across three rounds (+475% since 2022), a partial, capped sale lets long-standing holders realise some of that gain in cash, while opening the door for the growing part of today's 45,000+ users who joined after 2024 and want to become co-owners of the company itself, not just of the assets on it.
Why is this round run as a community round via Conda?
The main driver is our own community: a large share of today's 45,000+ users joined after the last round in 2024 and have told us — directly, and through surveys conducted before launch — that they want to become co-owners of the platform they already use, not just holders of the assets on it. This isn't a new capital raise for the company — Splint Invest doesn't currently need additional funding to operate. It's a liquidity and ownership event: existing shareholders and participation-certificate holders can sell up to 10% of their position, and those shares are resold to the community.
Why is now the right time to invest?
Splint Invest has already validated its product, its user base, and its financial model. GMV and revenue are both growing multiples faster than costs, the company reached operational profitability in 2024, and the three growth drivers behind the next stage (CASP licence, Splint Strategies, the exits-reinvestment flywheel) are already coming online.
How did you arrive at the price?
The CHF 2.30 price is derived from the last round's price (CHF 1.60, September 2024), re-rated by the average of four independent KPI-based growth measures (GMV and Revenue progression through mid-2026), then cross-checked against comparable platforms in Germany, Italy, and the US. Early commitments (the first CHF 1.5M) are priced at a discounted CHF 2.10. Full methodology is in the valuation memo.
In detail: each of the four KPI-based growth measures independently implies its own price — change in monthly GMV (CHF 2.14), change in annual GMV volume (CHF 1.94), change in Net Profit (CHF 3.39), and average monthly GMV (CHF 1.96) — averaging CHF 2.36, rounded down to the CHF 2.30 used for this round. That is a +44% increase over the CHF 1.60 2024 price (+31% at the CHF 2.10 early price), and a +475% increase over the CHF 0.40 first-round price in 2022. The comparable platforms used for cross-checking are based in Germany (valued at over €100M), Italy (valued at ~€45M), and the US (valued as high as $150M) — on invested volume, monthly investment volume, and both the number and volume of exits and net ROI, Splint Invest is already ahead of all three. Because this methodology is management's own and not independently audited (see Risks), every step of it is set out here rather than only the resulting price.
What do I get as an investor?
Investors hold Participation Certificates, carrying equal economic rights to all existing shares and participation certificates in the company — but no voting rights.
Will I receive voting rights?
No. Participation Certificates carry no voting rights — voting rights remain with shareholders.
Will I receive dividends?
Not currently a formal policy. Management's own illustrative model shows a small dividend becoming technically possible from 2027 and more meaningful from 2029 onward, assuming full payout of Total net income — but this is explicitly a plan/estimate based on a 2027–2031 forecast, not guaranteed, and not yet a board-approved dividend policy.
What does the 80+ exit track record actually look like?
The 80+ completed exits have been realised at an average net return of 22%, over an average holding period of 17 months. With 1,000+ assets on the platform today, 80+ exits represent roughly 8% of the total collection — a share that should keep rising as more of that collection reaches typical exit timing, so the first 80 are best read as an early sample from a growing pipeline, not the full track record.
Is an exit planned?
Not committed to a single path. Management sees three scenarios — a profitable, dividend-paying business; a trade sale to a strategic acquirer (neo-banks, auction houses, private equity in alternative assets); or a stock-exchange listing — all seen as capable of delivering value to today's investors, none chosen as the definitive plan. Growth and profitability have both progressed, which is part of why management is comfortable keeping all three paths open rather than being pushed toward any single one on a fixed timeline.
