For months, it has been echoing through our inbox, popping up in meetings, creeping into LinkedIn messages and small talk at events. The answer: now is the time.

We look back

It was last year. Our first crowd investing campaign went live – and as soon as it did, it was oversubscribed. CHF 549,000 in record time, 287 investors who not only believed in us, but also became co-owners of Braingelist AG – our parent company.

Not everyone got a chance to participate. Demand was too high and places were limited. And interest has not waned since then, quite the contrary.

CONDA.ch was founded with a clear vision: greater visibility, more capital and more opportunities for Switzerland’s many strong start-ups and scale-ups. For everyone with clever ideas, solid products and the drive to make our country even more innovative.

With over 20,000 registered users and investors, we have since mobilised over CHF 33 million for Switzerland as a location for innovation – for companies such as Splint, findependent, KAEX, Nikin, MyCAMPER, Das Zelt and many others that are shaping Swiss entrepreneurship today.

And we ourselves have also developed further. Since the last round of financing, we have been able to:

increase turnover by 30%
conquer French-speaking Switzerland (including five new projects)
expand our team and skills
further develop the platform and add additional tools.

Now it’s time for the second round

We are now opening for the next round of financing. We have big plans – but more on that later.

Those who sign up for the waiting list will gain access to the pre-funding phase with preferential terms.

What does that mean specifically?
You will not only become an investor, but also a co-owner with voting rights and preferential dividends. You will actively accompany us on our journey – as part of a limited group that will be informed and invited at an early stage.
