Operational since day one, with virtually no staff turnover for years: 15 members of the festival committee, supported by specialist consultants. A collective of doers with in-depth industry expertise and a network that brings together artists, partners, and service providers.

The project management team has over 20 years of experience. Tens of thousands of day visitors? No problem, just business as usual.
