Founded in Geneva by Sébastien and Aurélien, Chronic. was born from a simple conviction: coffee can be of exceptional quality, more sustainable and respectful of the planet while remaining accessible to all.
Our mission? To make specialty coffee the norm of tomorrow.
Each cup tells a story: one of carefully sourced coffees, roasted locally with precision and delivered in compostable packaging, without capsules. One question guides all our decisions: Why create additional waste with every coffee?
Behind Chronic. stands Bean2me. This Swiss B Corp-certified company has been a pioneer in specialty coffee for businesses since 2017. We source exclusively organic and Fairtrade coffee, which we roast ourselves in Geneva. Today, we serve more than 30’000 coffees every day in over 500 organizations across Switzerland.
Building on this experience, we launched our B2C brand Chronic. in 2025 for the general public. With Chronic., we responded to a clear demand: the employees of our B2B customers wanted to enjoy at home the same coffee that they had at the office. The success was immediate: more than 1’500 customers in just a few months!
In Switzerland, more than 3 million households own a coffee machine. This market is evolving rapidly: nearly a quarter of consumers are leaving capsules behind and returning to coffee beans, more authentic and environmentally friendly. Chronic. is supporting this movement. We offer Swiss specialty coffee that is sustainable, accessible and rooted in local expertise.
62% of Chronic. clients reorder our coffee and then recommend it through the referral program. With a Google rating of 4.9/5, we don't just sell coffee: we give new meaning to how it's consumed.

Roasted in Geneva, Chronic. builds on seven years of successful experience in the corporate world through Bean2me SA. Every day, more than 30’000 Chronic. coffees are served in over 500 Swiss companies, alongside deliveries of sustainable fruit and breakfasts. The result? More than CHF 8 million in cumulative revenue, including CHF 2.2 million in 2025.
We combine financial performance with real impact. We are the only Swiss coffee roaster certified by B Corp and EcoEntreprise Excellence, two labels that guarantee our social and environmental standards. Our coffees are delivered in compostable or reusable packaging, without capsules. Because good coffee should not generate waste with every cup.
Chronic. is now entering a new phase of growth. We are opening up our capital for the first time in order to finance:
- Our development in Switzerland (opening stores, strengthening e-commerce and marketing)
- Our launch in France and Germany in 2026
- The acquisition of a second roaster to increase our capacity to 50 tons per year
We already collaborate with world-renowned partners such as Jura and Schaerer. This will enable us to distribute Jura machines in our stores, as well as the Swiss brand Olympia Express, starting in January. In addition, we are in advanced discussions with a Swiss national distributor to offer our coffees in stores throughout Switzerland.

Why did you choose crowdinvesting as your financing method?
We chose crowdinvesting over institutional financing because we believe in the power of community. This campaign will allow us to further accelerate Chronic's development. Together, we want to build the next chapter of this adventure!
How did you calculate the company's valuation?
The valuation was established on the basis of a revenue multiple of 5.5x, in line with practices observed in the specialty coffee and sustainable food e-commerce sectors (generally between 4x and 6x for profitable, high-growth brands).
This calculation is based on an already profitable business, with more than 500 corporate clients, 30’000 coffees served per day, and 10 tons of fruit delivered per month to businesses.
It also incorporates sustained growth of 30 to 45% per year, the opening of the B2C channel, and a high probability of signing national distribution contracts for Chronic coffees, which will further strengthen the brand's commercial traction and visibility.
Why should I invest in Bean2me SA and not directly in Chronic.?
Bean2me SA is the legal and operational structure that has been running all activities for more than seven years. It manages the entire corporate break room experience - including the rental and maintenance of coffee machines, the delivery of fresh fruit, dried fruit, and breakfast items - as well as the operation of the specialty coffee Chronic., a brand owned and developed by Bean2me.
Investing in Bean2me SA therefore means investing in a company that is already profitable, diversified and firmly established. Bean2me combines a proven B2B model with the rapid growth of its B2C brand Chronic.
What is the shareholding structure of Bean2me SA?
69.5% is held by Sébastien Grillet and 30.5% by Aurélien Gauffrenet.
Do I have voting rights?
No, but we will consult all our investors annually via a questionnaire.
Will I receive dividends?
Our goal is to distribute approximately 30% of EBIT as dividends starting in 2026, while maintaining a portion for reinvestment to support growth and European expansion.
By 2030, we aim to have a more mature distribution policy, with up to 50% of EBIT paid out in dividends, in line with the standards of profitable and well-established Swiss companies.
Is an exit planned?
As indicated in the section on dividends, no exit is planned at this stage. Our goal is to continue to develop and grow Bean2me SA and its Chronic brand over the long term, first in Switzerland and then in Europe.
Of course, a buyout or the entry of a strategic player can never be completely ruled out. If an offer were to significantly exceed the company's valuation and serve the interests of investors, we would then consider discussions.

With ten years of experience in corporate finance within a listed group, Sébastien brings solid strategic and analytical expertise. Focused on digital and marketing, he oversees the overall development of Chronic. with a clear vision: to combine performance, sustainability and controlled growth.
After several years in sales at major corporations, Aurélien now heads up Chronic's business development. His extensive network in the hotel and restaurant industry, combined with his in-depth knowledge of the field, makes him a key driver of our expansion into the hospitality sector and premium partnerships.
An experienced roaster and trained barista, Jerome brings precision and rigor to the pursuit of quality. His expertise and mastery of specialty coffee add essential value to the creation and aromatic consistency of Chronic's product lines.
A digital specialist, Nicolas developed his expertise in SEA, SEO, and performance marketing within large listed companies. He now oversees Chronic's online acquisition and growth, combining analysis, strategy and creativity to amplify our brand's visibility.
