About the company
care was founded in Zurich in 2022, out of a simple observation: most illnesses announce themselves years in advance, but the system often looks too late. Today care is Switzerland's leading platform for prevention. We combine lab diagnostics in partner labs, medical assessment by telemedicine, weight-loss programmes and personalised supplements in an app that turns individual biomarkers into a trend across years. More than 10,000 people use care to know early where they stand and what to do next.![]()
- Growth & traction: Revenue rose from CHF 1.7 million (2024) to CHF 3.1 million (2025), and for 2026 we expect CHF 4.6 million. More than doubled in two years.
- Medicine & software: Our own medical licence including telemedicine, plus self-developed customer and clinical software. Nobody else in the Swiss market has this combination.
- Margin & break-even: 60% gross margin: every order is profitable before marketing. Without clinics of our own, we are planning a positive EBITDA for 2027.
- New revenue sources: B2B channel and doctor-supervised weight-loss programme, plus an LOI with a corporate group of more than 3,000 employees.

Benefits for co-owners and investors
As co-owner of care you benefit from these advantages:
- The big questions have been answered. Whether people pay for it: more than 10,000 customers already trust us. Whether the product convinces: the NPS was 50 last quarter, a level few reach in healthcare. Whether the prices hold: >60% gross margin, every order is profitable before marketing.
- Entry before break-even. You invest on today's terms, not on those after the first profitable year at a higher valuation.
- You invest alongside existing investors. The crowd investment complements the convertible loans that investors have already subscribed with CHF 1.7 million.
- A clear perspective for the next step. With break-even in sight, a larger financing round or a strategic partial or full sale will follow. Diagnostics groups, insurers and healthcare providers are actively watching this market.
- Closeness to the product. You use what you own a share of. We are looking for power users who use care themselves, share it in their network and tell us what needs to get better. Your feedback lands directly with the team that builds the software.
- A revolution in healthcare. Health should not become a topic only when something hurts. We are making prevention digital, accessible and understandable. We are looking for investors who will build this with us. Become part of this revolution now!

Our Vision - Why invest in care?
We are building the platform on which your health becomes visible over years. Blood values, body measurements, wearable data and medical assessments come together in one place. With every test, your personal health context grows. We have already measured more than 500,000 biomarkers, and each one makes the next recommendation more precise.
A single measurement says little. Only the trend shows where a person is heading. That is exactly where the future of medicine lies: detecting early instead of treating late.
What artificial intelligence can achieve depends on the context it is given. Those who start building their health record today will receive answers in ten years that are not possible for others. This head start cannot be bought later.
The model sustains itself in the process. A test brings people to us, the medical assessment turns it into a plan, the app supports the implementation, and the next test becomes more meaningful as a result. AI takes over the preparatory work, so that doctors' time stays where judgement counts and clinical costs do not grow in step with member numbers.
This round finances the next steps: new partner locations, new health scores, AI features, the expansion of the weight-loss programmes and the integration of wearables. Anyone investing now comes in at the moment when a working business becomes a profitable one.

FAQ
What exactly does care do?
care is a leading Swiss prevention platform. We offer evidence-based health tests tailored to age, sex and specific concerns (e.g. female and male hormones, micronutrients, STDs, etc.), carried out in partner labs across Switzerland and assessed by Swiss doctors via telemedicine. The results appear in our app, explained in plain language and with concrete next steps. Added to this are targeted follow-up tests, personalised supplements and doctor-supervised weight-loss programmes.
How does care make money?
Through two channels. In the direct business, end customers buy their services themselves, along with follow-up tests, supplements and recurring weight-loss programmes. In the employer business, companies pay for their employees' check-ups. Every order carries more than 60% gross margin.
Why did you choose crowdinvesting as a form of financing?
You do not change a whole industry on your own. That takes a community pulling in the same direction. The larger part of this round has already been subscribed by other investors; for the rest we are deliberately opening up to the crowd. Anyone who holds a stake in care ideally uses the product themselves, recommends it and gives us feedback. Hundreds of co-owners become a network of ambassadors, and for a product that grows through trust and personal recommendation, that is often more effective than paid advertising.
Why is now the right time to invest?
Because the difficult questions have been answered, but the decisive step is still ahead. More than 10,000 customers show that there is strong demand and that the product is loved. What is missing is even greater volume. This round finances the way there, and afterwards different terms will apply.
How did you arrive at the company valuation?
The valuation is based on the revenue multiple method: 3,012,422 existing shares at an issue price of CHF 6.00 give CHF 18.1 million (pre-funding), at CHF 6.40 correspondingly CHF 19.3 million (funding).
Measured against our realised revenue of CHF 3.1 million (2025), that is a multiple of 5.8x. In the last round it was 9.1x: our revenue has grown by 82% since then, the valuation by only 17% – the multiple has fallen by more than a third.
For 2026 we expect CHF 4.6 million, driven by the expansion towards 20 locations, the weight-loss programmes and the B2B channel. That puts the multiple at 3.9x.
For comparison: Function Health, with a similar value proposition in preventive diagnostics, was valued at USD 2.5 billion in November 2025 – around 25x revenue.
What do I get as an investor?
You take a stake in the company and participate in its further development. Added to this are the rewards of the respective level, which give you and your network access to our services. The exact legal terms of the participation can be found in the subscription documents.
Do I get voting rights?
No. Participation via the crowd through participation certificates does not carry any voting rights at the general meeting. In return, we keep you regularly informed about how the business is developing.
Do I receive dividends?
Not for the time being. We will invest the funds of the coming years in growth rather than distributing profits. The value of a stake should come from the development of the company and not from ongoing distributions.
Is an exit planned?
Our next goal is break-even in 2027. On the way there, two paths are conceivable: a larger financing round for further expansion, or a strategic partial or full sale. There is no fixed timetable, and an exit cannot be promised.
