About the company
Magic Heidi emerged in 2023 from a problem the founder faced himself: As an independent digital consultant, Nathan Ganser spent more time on invoices, expenses and VAT than he wanted - and could not find software built for sole proprietorships rather than SMEs with accounting departments. So he built it himself: an application that lets Swiss self-employed professionals create a compliant QR-bill in under a minute and manage their accounts as they go - on their phone, Mac, PC or in a browser, in all four national languages.
What began as a side project became a profitable company: Today, more than 750 self-employed professionals throughout Switzerland manage their administration with Magic Heidi. The company was built entirely under its own steam - without venture capital - and deliberately focuses on one thing: being the best software for Swiss sole proprietorships, a target group of around 300,000 people underserved by established SME providers.

"I dreamed of it; they built it!
Magic Heidi is exactly the tool I was looking for to run my business. Its integrated AI saves me valuable time on invoices and expenses every day, while the simple experience - whether on the web or in the app - lets me focus on my business rather than my administration tool.
That is why I am proud to be both a user and an investor: it is a solution that understands entrepreneurs and is already one step ahead of the competition."

Our Vision - Why invest in Magic Heidi?
A few years ago, something fundamental changed: Flutter allows a small team to write code once and deploy it natively on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and the web. We have mastered this technology. A team of three is therefore present on more platforms than the largest Swiss accounting providers.
There is also a uniquely Swiss factor: Anyone with revenue below CHF 500,000 is permitted to keep simple accounts - the so-called 'milk-book accounting' method. A company that focuses entirely on that segment can build radically simpler software than any provider that must support double-entry bookkeeping. That is exactly what we do: mobile-first, with registration directly on a phone - something competitors cannot structurally offer - and with a founder who personally supports customers in German, French and Italian.
This is not a theory. The model has grown profitably for three years.
With this campaign, we are giving something back - to the people who made Magic Heidi successful. Our vision: self-employed professionals who one day pay for their Christmas presents with Magic Heidi dividends. No advertising campaign in the world can buy
this kind of word of mouth. And it will make Magic Heidi what we want it to become: the name every Swiss self-employed professional knows.

FAQ
What exactly does Magic Heidi do?
Magic Heidi is an application for Swiss self-employed professionals and sole proprietorships that lets them handle invoices, expenses and VAT in minutes rather than evenings. It includes QR-bills, AI-assisted expense scanning and simple accounting ('milk-book accounting') - in all four national languages, on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and in a browser. More than 750 self-employed professionals throughout Switzerland use Magic Heidi today.
How does Magic Heidi make money?
Through a simple subscription paid monthly or annually. No hidden costs, no add-on modules and no price increases for existing customers. This generates predictable recurring revenue - currently more than CHF 200,000 per year, with growth of around 100%. The company is profitable.
Why did you choose crowdinvesting as our source of funding?
Because our customers - not investors - made the company successful. Venture capital would force us into an exit logic that does not suit our model. Crowdinvesting makes the people we build for co-owners: self-employed professionals who use the application every day. There are no better ambassadors.
Why is now the right time to invest?
Because the early-stage risk has passed, but growth is only just beginning: The model has been proven for three years and the company is profitable - and with bank connectivity and expansion in German-speaking Switzerland, the next growth milestones are immediately ahead. This campaign opens the company to external investors for the first time.
How did you arrive at the company valuation?
The CHF 2 million pre-money valuation is equivalent to ten times today's annual recurring revenue of more than CHF 200,000. This revenue doubled last year - from around CHF 100,000 in spring 2025 to more than CHF 200,000 today. Our financial plan forecasts CHF 351,000 for 2027, bringing the same valuation down to just under six times revenue. In other words, investors joining today pay a multiple that, if growth continues, the company will catch up with in a single year. Given the company's existing profitability, we believe this is fairly valued.
What do I receive as an investor?
Genuine registered shares in Magic Heidi SA, with voting rights and a preferential dividend entitlement established in the articles of association and entered in the share register - not participation certificates or a loan.
Do I receive voting rights?
Yes. Crowd investors receive registered Class B shares with full voting rights - you may attend the General Meeting and vote. Class B shares also receive preferential treatment for dividends under the articles of association (see 'Will I receive dividends?'). Details of the share classes are described in the articles of association and the campaign documentation.
Will I receive dividends?
This is at the heart of our model: Magic Heidi is designed for sustainable profitability and distributions, not for a sale. During the first few years, profits will be reinvested in growth; the financial plan forecasts the first distributions from 2029, with a payout ratio of 30% initially and up to 50% of profit later. Crowd investors receive preferential treatment: under the articles of association, Class B shares receive three times their proportionate share of every dividend until investors have received three times their investment in dividends, after which distributions are made pro rata. This rule is set out in the articles of association and is not at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Important: The forecasts are management estimates. There is no legal entitlement to dividends - each distribution is decided by the General Meeting based on the company's performance.
Is an exit planned?
No. Magic Heidi is intended to remain an independent, profitable Swiss company - investor returns will come from dividends, not a sale. In addition, once revenue reaches around CHF 1.5 million, we will consider enabling a follow-on transaction in which shareholders can sell their shares to new investors - although there is no entitlement to do so. If a sale should nevertheless occur, all shareholders will participate in the proceeds in proportion to their holdings.
