About the company
Casa Refill was founded in 2023 by Viviana Hürlimann, an entrepreneur with Swiss-Mexican roots, after an inspiring trip to Mexico. Her vision: to create a recognised Swiss brand for natural, plant-based personal care and household products – refillable, plastic-free and sustainable. The unique formulations are based on traditional Mexican plant extracts combined with Swiss quality standards. Solid products are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes, while liquid products come in refillable glass bottles and jars. In this way, Casa Refill is meeting the growing demand for sustainable personal care and encouraging its customers to avoid plastic waste. Following successful online and pop-up sales, Casa Refill opened a permanent store in Zurich's Sihlcity in September 2025. The capital raised by this campaign will be used to launch B2B sales, further expand the retail business and consistently drive forward expansion.

Testimonials

"With Casa Refill products, I have finally found skin and hair care products that I have been enthusiastic about and convinced of from the very beginning. I had been searching for a long time for a facial care routine that would not dry out or irritate my skin. I found it at Casa Refill with products containing the Mexican bark Tepezcohuite. I've actually tried the entire range and you really can't go wrong... It's pure nature that suits everyone!"

Our vision – why invest in Casa Refill?
Our vision is to establish Casa Refill as a leading Swiss brand for natural, plant-based personal care and household products – refillable, plastic-free and sustainable.
What began as an idea in 2023 has developed into an emerging brand: with a store in Zurich's Sihlcity, successful pop-ups and a steadily growing online community. Our products combine the power of Mexican plants with Swiss quality and show that conscious care is not only possible, but desirable.
With the funding from this campaign, we want to take the next step: building our B2B business with hotels, spas, concept stores and other businesses, expanding our retail presence with new stores and pop-ups, and strengthening our brand through events, social media and targeted marketing.
In this way, we are laying the foundation for long-term growth and encouraging more and more people to make their everyday lives more sustainable. Together with our investors, we want to show that sustainable care is not just a trend, but a scalable business model with a future – one that can help transform the beauty industry.

FAQ
Why did you choose crowd investing as your financing method?
Casa Refill has been entirely privately financed to date. With our new store in Zurich's Sihlcity, we have reached an important milestone. In order to accelerate our growth, open up new sales channels and become profitable more quickly, we need additional capital.
Crowd investing fits perfectly with our philosophy: many people contribute together – financially and ideologically. The capital comes from many smaller investments, our brand gains recognition, and we gain not only investors but also new customers. In CONDA, we have found an experienced partner for this.
Why is now the right time to invest?
Casa Refill has grown beyond its start-up phase: after successful pop-ups, markets and the new store in Zurich's Sihlcity, the brand and concept are now established. Demand for sustainable care products is growing steadily – and Casa Refill is ready to seize this opportunity.
Now is the ideal time to enter the next phase of growth – with a focus on retail expansion, B2B partnerships and brand strengthening. As an investor, you will be part of this success story from the very beginning.
What do I get as an investor?
With your investment, you will enable Casa Refill to drive growth and make sustainable care accessible to a wider audience. You are investing in a company that combines economic success with environmental awareness.
After the loan is converted, you will receive shares in the future Casa Refill AG and participate in the increase in value. As a customer, you will also benefit from a 20% discount on all products in the first year after the completion of this funding round.
How did you arrive at the company valuation?
Our valuation is based on a five-year financial plan (December 2025 to November 2030) drawn up in collaboration with our accountant. It takes into account actual experience gained from previous sales activities and the new Sihlcity store.
The valuation was carried out using the discounted cash flow (DCF) method – a recognised procedure that evaluates future earnings over the planning period.
Will I have voting rights?
Yes. Following the planned conversion of Casa Refill GmbH into a public limited company in the first half of 2026, all investors will receive voting rights and shareholder rights in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.
This includes voting rights at the general meeting and insight into the company's business development.
Will I receive dividends?
Yes, dividend payments are planned in the long term, as soon as Casa Refill achieves sustainable profits. The initial priority is to expand and scale the company.
Is an exit planned?
No. An exit is not currently planned. Our goal is to establish Casa Refill as a successful Swiss brand for sustainable care products in the long term – with solid growth and stable value appreciation.
