CONDA.ch Milestones

2021

• Successful launch event at Impact Hub in November with numerous guests.

• CONDA.ch launches its first project: DHP Technology, an innovative solution for foldable solar panels.

2022:

• The first project: DHP Technology is successfully financed. With over CHF 1.5 million thanks to more than 400 new investors.
• First Apéro & Pitch Event at Impact Hub Zurich.
• Successful completion of 8 crowdinvesting campaigns with a total of CHF 4.7 million invested capital.

2023

• Record-breaking project with NIKIN: a total of CHF 5 million and over 4'000 investors. The project was even oversubscribed.
• Successful completion of 11 crowdinvesting campaigns with a total of CHF 10.2 million.
• Over 10'000 registered users.
• Inclusion in the Miles & More program.
• Advisory board established with experts from the fields of marketing, law, sustainability and funding.
• Four Apéro & Pitch Events with increasing visitor numbers and first start-up funding roundtable for interested start-ups.

2024

• Two new full-time employees join the team.
• Record sales in Q1.
• First crowdinvesting campaign for ourselves (Braingelist AG / CONDA.ch) is a huge success: almost CHF 550'000 raised in a very short time, campaign oversubscribed.
• The crowdinvesting campaigns by Splint and findependent are closed in record time (after just a few days) with impressive sums of CHF 2.5 million (Splint) and CHF 5 million (findependent) raised.

2025

• Our expansion into French-speaking part of Switzerland has been more than successful, with Plair SA as our first successfully financed project in Western Switzerland.

• Three further projects in Western Switzerland are in the pipeline.
• Our team has grown by two more people.
• We have entered into promising new marketing partnerships.
• We have introduced our first AI tools, which are now in daily use.
• We have moved into our new office in Baar. With over 200 square meters of space, it will not only serve as our office, but also become an ecosystem for financing and community building for start-ups, especially for fintechs and multi-sided platforms.

Our vision is to remain the most exciting crowdinvesting platform in Switzerland. We want to create more high-quality products that bring start-ups and investors even closer together. We want to do this in a responsible manner, so that we can continue to make a valuable contribution to the Swiss economy in the future. We want to create a community in which investors and start-ups communicate fairly, transparently and on an equal footing.

Start-ups not only perceive us as an innovative crowdinvesting platform, but also see us as a trustworthy sparring partner for everything related to financing, marketing and community building. The next logical step for Braingelist AG / CONDA.ch is to become a service partner for all services related to crowdinvesting.

By expanding our service level and further scaling up, we can develop Braingelist AG / CONDA.ch from a successful start-up into a significant, profitable SME in the fintech sector. FAQs about our campaign

Why should I invest in Braingelist AG and not directly in CONDA.ch?

The founders Christian and Linus established CONDA.ch as a joint venture with Conda GmbH in Vienna. They hold 90% of CONDA.ch GmbH through Braingelist AG. Braingelist AG also provides some services for other start-ups, in some of which it also holds shares, and generates a management fee for supporting CONDA.ch GmbH. We think it's just fair to let investors participate in all of these revenues and not just in the (largest) subsidiary. This arrangement means that you not only participate in CONDA.ch, but also benefit from all service revenues in addition to crowdinvesting, such as consulting in the areas of financing, investor relations and investor marketing.

What is the ownership structure of Braingelist AG?

Braingelist AG is owned 44.7% by Christian Klumpe and Linus Gabrielsson, with 10.6% of shares belonging to the crowd. Here is an organizational chart showing the shareholdings of Braingelist AG:

Will I receive voting rights?

Yes, although these are preferred shares with dividend priority, you will also receive full voting rights.

Will I receive dividends?

That is the plan. We do not want to force an exit, but we rather plan to operate Braingelist and CONDA.ch in the long term. Therefore, we would like to reward our shareholders with dividends. Of course, it is difficult to predict when and how much, but we are confident that we will be able to offer returns via dividends as soon as we achieve our profit targets (see the “Finances and Target Figures” section on the details page).

Is an exit planned?

As described above in the section on dividends, we are not planning an exit. Of course, it can never be ruled out. But currently, our preferred path is to continue to manage and grow Braingelist and CONDA.ch ourselves. Should an offer arise at some point that significantly exceeds our own valuation, negotiations could of course take place.
