FAQ
What exactly does Findea.ch do?
Findea.ch is a digital fiduciary company (e-fiduciary) based in Switzerland. The company offers comprehensive services in the areas of accounting, payroll accounting, taxes and auditing - specially tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups and the self-employed. By using modern technologies, automated processes and a user-friendly online platform, Findea.ch simplifies collaboration between clients and fiduciaries, reduces administrative work and ensures greater efficiency, transparency and cost certainty in finance and accounting.
How does Findea.ch earn money?
Findea.ch generates the majority of its revenue through scalable subscription models in the areas of accounting and payroll accounting. Customers pay fixed monthly amounts based on certain parameters such as the number of transactions or employees. As the number of customers grows - and thus the number of transactions - the corresponding subscription costs also increase. This model allows Findea.ch to benefit directly from the growth of its clientele.
Findea.ch also offers other services such as fiscal representation, domicile addresses and management mandates, for which annual flat fees are charged. These supplementary services offer a stable source of income and at the same time strengthen customer loyalty.
The combination of recurring income, growth-dependent scaling and additional services makes the business model sustainable and attractive for investors.
Why did you decide to use crowdinvesting for financing?
We deliberately opted for crowdinvesting because we want to share the future success of Findea.ch with our community. Our customers, partners and supporters have made a significant contribution to establishing Findea.ch as a digital fiduciary solution.
Through crowdinvesting, we offer precisely these people the opportunity to become part of our continued growth story - not only as users, but also as co-owners. We believe in the power of an engaged community and want to build a company that is supported from within - through participation, trust and shared visions.
Why is now the right time to invest?
Now is the ideal time to invest in Findea.ch, as we are at a strategically crucial point in our company's development.
The Findea.ch digital platform is largely finalized and forms the basis for automated and scalable processes in accounting, payroll accounting and tax consulting. This digitalization allows us to make our internal processes more efficient and at the same time serve more clients with consistent quality.
At the same time, we are making targeted investments in marketing and customer acquisition in order to significantly accelerate our growth in Switzerland. This combination of growth drivers on the sales side and cost savings on the expense side creates a strong basis for sustainable profitability.
For investors, this means rising profits and the prospect of future dividend distributions. Investing now means benefiting from the full potential of this scaling.
What do I get as an investor?
As an investor, you receive participation certificates in Findea AG with an economic interest in the company's success - including entitlement to dividends and exit proceeds. You also benefit from exclusive vouchers for Nexus Group services.
How did you come up with the company valuation?
The valuation is based on detailed financial planning up to 2030, on the basis of which we have carried out a company valuation using the DCF (discounted cash flow) method.
Do I have voting rights?
Participation certificates do not confer voting rights, but do secure you all economic rights - including profit participation and exit rights. As an investor, you are not formally entitled to vote, but we value active exchange and are open to input, feedback and suggestions from investors.
Will I receive dividends?
Dividend payments are planned from the third year after the capital increase - depending on the success of the business.
Is an exit planned?
Our aim is to buy back the participation certificates from year 5 onwards. Alternatively, exit opportunities via strategic buyers or private equity investors are also conceivable.
Together with you, we want to achieve great things - invest now in an industry in transition and become part of our vision.
